What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 5 years commercial experience within Cargo, Fluent English - both written and spoken is essential, Strong cargo commercial experience, Basic Knowledge and experience with GHA/warehouse handling

Nice to Have

Extensive experience with customer knowledge

What You'll Do.

and direct the market through effective management of Etihad insource team with the cargo commercial and operational strategy to maximize results

Achieve objectives by setting objectives for insource team

developing and motivating team to maximize individual and collective performance

Drive continuous performance management and coaching to improve performance

Comply with all relevant safety

and environmental procedures

Lead the implementation of EY Cargo commercial strategy in the respective market and for the respective accounts

and coordinate the team to achieve agreed-upon targets

manage and maintain a portfolio of customer contracts

and steer customer relationships

provide feedback to HQ

and proactively act based on market intelligence

Identify opportunities and potential obstacles

and plan strategies to overcome any resistance

Use defined tools of KPI and SLA to ensure compliance with EYCC standards and service levels

Participate in the budgeting process

Ensure no financial bad debt and full compliance with CASS when applicable

Drive implementation of iCargo

self-service solutions

direct booking capabilities and E-Airway Bill

Cooperate with the GHA/Cargo Terminal to supply quality service to customers and comply with the EY Standards
