1 years commercial experience within Cargo, Extensive experience with customer knowledge, Fluent English - both written and spoken is essential, cargo commercial experience, Basic Knowledge and experience with GHA/warehouse handling
What You'll Do.
and direct the market through effective management of Etihad insource team with the cargo commercial and operational strategy to maximize results for relevant market
Drive continuous performance management and coaching to improve performance
Comply with all relevant safety
and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
Lead the implementation of EY Cargo commercial strategy in the respective market and for the respective accounts
and account plans to maximize Etihad Cargo's revenue
manage and maintain a portfolio of customer contracts following Etihad Cargo's segmentation model and commercial strategy
and steer customer relationships
including global key accounts (where the key account structure requires)
regional key accounts
and local accounts at all levels
provide feedback to HQ
and proactively act based on market intelligence
Identify opportunities and potential obstacles
and plan strategies to overcome any resistance
