What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Full EU/Irish manual driving licence, Previous sales or merchandising experience in the retail sector, European Manual Drivers Licence
Nice to Have
A good understanding of the FMCG sector, knowledge of the convenience channel
What You'll Do.
Increase business and maximise sales
Adhere to retail call file
Deliver agreed objectives and targets
Increase Distribution and Availability
Implement planograms and promotions
Record all data accurately
Sell in and build activations
Merchandising off sales
Understand customer needs
Communicate with store management
Strive to reach highest standards
Maintain CPM and Client standards
Attend team conference call
Operate in effective and efficient manner
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Communicate effectively with store management and line managers; Provide feedback at regular intervals through verbal communication with your manager/coach and through electronically generated spreadsheets; Attend a team conference call once a week and team meeting once a month/Qtr
