Must Have
5+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing, at least 2 years in a leadership role, Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets in a product or project-based environment, understanding of the Mauritian real estate and construction ecosystem — developers, architects, and the contracting supply chain, Excellent commercial acumen — able to manage margins, read pipeline data, and make data-driven decisions, Natural communicator and relationship builder with the confidence to engage at C-suite and developer level, Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
Nice to Have
Background in interior design, architecture, or the home furnishing / fit-out sector, Experience with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO), Familiarity with VR or 3D visualisation tools used in design and sales contexts, Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, Creole an advantage
What You'll Do.
Own the full sales cycle — lead generation
and close — for both retail and B2B accounts
Manage and grow strategic relationships with developers
and contractors across Mauritius
Plan and manage the marketing budget
ensuring ROI across digital
Lead participation in trade shows
and industry events to generate qualified leads
Manage the CRM system — ensuring pipeline hygiene
and accurate forecasting
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with procurement and operations to ensure quoted projects are deliverable within margin and timeline; Coordinate with the project management team to ensure seamless handover from sale to installation; Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and partner presentations at a senior level
Communication Scope
Fluent in English and French (spoken and written); Natural communicator and relationship builder with the confidence to engage at C-suite and developer level
