Full Job Description
WPHL-TV, part of Nexstar Media Group—the largest local media company in the country—is seeking a full-time Sales Marketing Executive. This role supports revenue growth across WPHL and its digital portfolio, including platforms such as Amazon, Weather.com and many other advanced digital solutions. **Position Overview** The Sales Marketing Executive partners with sales leadership to develop strategic, cross-platform marketing solutions that drive revenue, deepen client relationships, and deliver measurable results. **Key Responsibilities** **Sales & Revenue Strategy** * Develop strategic account plans aligned with client goals to drive long-term growth * Identify and pursue new business opportunities across existing accounts and emerging verticals * Support revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and achievement of sales targets **Client Solutions & Presentations** * Create compelling sponsorships, proposals, and integrated marketing campaigns * Collaborate with Sales teams on client presentations and attend key sales meetings * Assist in developing pricing strategies and customized commercial pitches **Cross-Functional Collaboration** * Partner with Sales, Creative, News, Product, Analytics, and Operations teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns * Lead development and execution of cross-platform opportunities across broadcast and digital channels * Ensure seamless campaign execution and implementation **Market Intelligence & Innovation** * Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and new opportunities * Contribute to station-wide advertising strategies and Nexstar initiatives * Advocate for client needs and provide feedback to enhance products and offerings **Additional Duties** * Perform other responsibilities as assigned **Qualifications** * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholde
