Eligibility Requirements

May be required to travel domestically and internationally to support customer engagement, internal collaboration, and business development activities, as well as attend Medtronic locations for meetings when needed., during the first months of the role there will be an immersion in the field.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Technical or business educational background, Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales or marketing roles, business acumen and ability to work successfully in a matrix organization, Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, and digital sales tools, Results‑oriented mindset with the ability to work toward targets and deadlines, Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken

Nice to Have

Experience in the medical device or healthcare sector, familiarity with account‑based selling, prior exposure to international collaboration environments

What You'll Do.

Reinforce the sales process with the sales team

focusing on opportunity management

Implement account development plans and strategies for selected accounts

Promote and sell Medtronic Aortic devices and Aortic+ services aligned with customer needs

Build and maintain relationships with key customers to drive satisfaction and partnership

Coordinate collaboration between marketing and sales teams across the matrix organization

Lead the Medtronic account team approach for assigned accounts

Achieve revenue and market share targets in the assigned territory
