Must Have

Proven track record of leading and growing a quota-carrying sales team, ability to coach sellers through the full sales cycle – from prospecting to close, Experience managing pipeline discipline, CRM hygiene, and forecast accuracy, Excellent interpersonal and communication ability to influence at all levels, Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into executable sales plans, Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with competing priorities

Nice to Have

Experience in technology, security, or managed services, Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ConnectWise), Experience in security integration, managed IT, or technology sales is a plus

Own the performance of Account Executives and Technical Account Managers
