Reporting to the Sales Leader, you will focus on securing new projects, managing key accounts and achieving sales targets through consultative and technical selling. You will: * Achieve assigned annual sales revenue and gross margin targets * Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities in targeted verticals * Manage and grow relationships with consultants, system integrators, contractors, developers and end users * Prepare technical proposals, system designs, tenders and quotations * Conduct product presentations and solution demonstrations to customers * Ensure proposed solutions comply with tender specifications and technical requirements * Negotiate commercial terms and secure contracts in line with company policies * Maintain strong pipeline management and provide accurate sales forecasting * Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies * Support project execution teams during handover and participate in key client meetings when required **How you will do it:** * Apply consultative selling approach to understand customer security risks and recommend appropriate integrated solution
