The Opportunity As a Sales Manager you will lead and grow our SDR team, starting with a small, high-potential team of Inbound and Outbound SDRs and scaling over time. You will balance hands-on coaching with building the systems, playbooks, and culture that set the team up for long-term success. We are looking for a sales leader who brings strong SaaS sales fundamentals, curiosity, and a passion for developing people. You’ll be supported by an experienced Sales Leadership, Revenue Ops, Enablement and a Marketing team.
