Close 1–2 deals per month; Build a high-performing acquisitions team; Drive personal production; Develop closers; Ensure reps are following sales process standards; Help drive team performance and competition; Achieve OTE of ~$155K+ at full ramp

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience managing and coaching sales teams, Sales background with ability to personally close deals, Comfortable working inside CRMs and managing pipelines, Accountability and leadership mindset, Ability to train and develop newer reps into producers, Competitive, hands-on, and performance-driven personality
Nice to Have
Real estate wholesaling, acquisitions, or high-volume phone sales experience

Manage acquisitions pipeline
Run comps and price deals
Assist with deal reductions
Recruit and hire acquisitions reps
Onboard and train new team members
Coach reps through live calls
Review calls and lead activity
Monitor pipeline health
Ensure sales process standards
Audit lead assignment
Create training resources
Drive team performance
