You’ll be responsible for the pace, the standards, and the ultimate performance of a high-volume Outbound team and own the conversion rates of quality warm leads. You've sold and been one of the best sales people on the floor but your strength lies in leadership and getting team leaders and agents to be successful and not just hit targets but smash them. What you’ll actually be doing: - Own the Outcome: You aren't just "managing" people, you’re hitting targets. You’ll drive conversion, revenue, and attach rates while making sure we don’t cut corners on quality. - The Daily Rhythm: You’ll run the huddles, set the daily plan, and manage the pipeline. You ensure "speed-to-contact" isn't just a buzzword, but a standard. - Coaching Guru: You’ll spend your time on the floor, live coaching, reviewing calls, and running "skills clinics." You’ll teach the team to sell value, not just a price tag. - Building Leaders: You aren’t just managing agents; you’re developing Team Leaders.
