Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead our Water Mechanical Products business in Norway. In this role, you will play a key part in executing our regional strategy, driving sustainable growth, and leading a high-performing sales organization. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about developing teams and delivering results, this could be your next career move. **_What you will do_** Reporting to the Territory Sales Director, you will be part of the management team, responsible for the implementation and delivery of the commercial strategy and the overall performance of the sales organization. You will be accountable for achieving revenue and margin targets for Water Mechanical Products within the Norway territory. Your direct reports will include inside sales, outside sales, and customer service, where you will foster a strong "one-team" approach. In alignment with the wider EMEA regional strategy, you will define clear objectives for the team and set individual goals and priorities to deliver consistent year-on-year growth. You will drive a performance-based culture by coaching and developing your team, embracing change, and supporting ongoing business transformation. **_How you will do it_** You will ensure that resources are effectively aligned with business objectives, focusing on the activities and priorities that generate the greatest return. A key part of your role will be to develop and strengthen the sales team’s capabilities in opportunity and pipeline management, enabling them to identify and pursue new project opportunities while enhancing their negotiation skills to successfully close deals.
