Full Job Description
Sales Manager (Off-Premise) New York Wines take action to address performance gaps and drive results. Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize return on investment within the territory. Customer & Account Support Oversee account coverage strategy and ensure strong execution across on-premise and off-premise customers. Support key customer relationships in partnership with Key Account Executives and Sales teams. Ensure high standards of service, execution, and brand representation across all customer interactions. Collaborate with supplier partners to support portfolio growth and market activation. Team & Operational Support Lead, manage, and develop a multi-layered sales team, including supervisors and frontline representatives. Assess performance, provide coaching, and implement development plans to build capability across the team. Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, execution, and continuous improvement. Oversee reporting and communication of sales performance, financials, and operational metrics to leadership. Ensure proper management of company assets, inventory standards, and operational compliance across the territory. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. 5+ years of sales management experience within a multi-level organization (including supervisory responsibility). Experience in beverage alcohol, consumer packaged goods, or distribution environments preferred. Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams. Proven ability to execute sales strategies, manage performance, and deliver results in a high-volume environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort using sales and reporting tools.
