This pivotal role will lead marine sales initiatives by growing and diversifying the customer base, driving revenue growth, fostering strong customer relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. The Sales Manager will also play an active role in shaping and executing sales strategies to ensure sustainable and profitable business growth while consistently exceeding customer expectations. **Key Accountabilities** * Initiate, steer, and manage sales activities for Rolls-Royce Solutions products and solutions to cover the Indonesian marine market in line with regional sales strategy, including customers, operators, system integrators, OEMs, partners, and technical consultants. * Conduct frequent sales calls and customer visits to promote _mtu_ products and solutions, generate inquiries, and build excellent business relationships, in line with the Integrity Code of Conduct and Compliance guidelines. * Assess customer requirements, provide tailored technical solutions and cost-benefit analyses versus competitors, and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. * Utilize the solutions configurator and pr
