Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience), Minimum 5 years of sales experience, Demonstrated experience selling within manufacturing, industrial, or production environments, Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas in a B2B setting, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, Proficiency with CRM platforms (e. g. , Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite, Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events (up to 50%), Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and production timelines
Nice to Have
Experience with capital equipment, custom fabrication, or industrial components sales, Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma environments, Existing network of contacts within the manufacturing or production industry, Experience managing national or multi-territory accounts
