Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across managed IT services within enterprise and India-based customer accounts. Build, manage, and expand strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and large system integrators, ensuring long-term strategic partnerships. Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and proactive engagement with target accounts. Own the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, qualification, pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closure. Collaborate closely with internal solutions and delivery teams to design tailored IT service offerings aligned to client needs. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to support business planning and decision-making. Lead contract and pricing negotiations to ensure profitable and sustainable revenue growth. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in sales management within the IT services or managed services industry, with exposure to large system integrators and enterprise clients. Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets in competitive and fast-paced environments. Strong understanding of the IT services landscape, including managed services, enterprise solutions, and global delivery models. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers. Strong negotiation, deal structuring, and problem-solving capabilities. Experience using CRM tools and sales enablement platforms for pipeline and account management. Ability to work in a dynamic environment with flexibility to travel across India and adapt to client needs and schedules. Fluency in English and at least one local Indian language preferred.
