We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our LinkedIn Sales Solutions team as we continue to grow and deliver value to our customer base in North America. Responsibilities: * Directly lead a team of salespeople, which may include responsibilities in both our new business and existing customer teams. * Mentor and develop talent through talent pipelining, hiring, training, consistent coaching and fostering enriching career paths. * Coach and elevate the team’s abilities to uncover customer pressures, objectives, challenges and deliver value that helps our customers grow. * Act as a trusted advisor, engaging with and building relationships with senior executives across our largest customers. * Directly manage the day-to-day operations of the team, including coaching to KPIs, weekly forecasting and driving change management and accountability. * Collaborate with cross-functional partners and peers to develop and scale best practices that will serve as the foundation for this growing team and drive growth for LinkedIn. * Foster a culture of inclusivity and belonging to inspire and motivate employees on a d
