For the **Pharma & Personal Care division**, we are hiring a **Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Germany & Switzerland**, responsible for driving sustainable growth and achieving division objectives through the leadership and development of a high-performing **Field Sales Team** across the DACH region (Germany and Switzerland). This role requires a **strong people leader** who can inspire, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed sales team while ensuring consistent execution of strategy, customer-centricity, and profitable growth in one of Europe’s most strategically important markets for pharmaceutical and personal care manufacturing.
