We aren't looking for a "manager" who sits in a glass office looking at dashboards. We’re looking for a Conversion Specialist, someone who lives for the rhythm of the sales floor, loves the art of the deal, and knows exactly how to turn a raw lead into high-quality revenue. This is a hands-on, "sleeves rolled up" leadership position. You’ll be responsible for the pace, the standards, and the ultimate performance of a high-volume inbound team an own the conversion rates of quality warm leads. If you’re the type of leader who jumps on a live call to show a struggling agent how it’s done, you’re in the right place. If you prefer weekly PowerPoint updates over daily floor coaching, this probably isn't for you. What you'll be doing: - Owning the Outcome: You aren't just "managing" people, you’re hitting targets. You’ll drive conversion, revenue, and attach rates while making sure we don’t cut corners on quality. - The Daily Rhythm: You’ll run the huddles, set the daily plan, and manage the queue. You ensure "speed-to-lead" isn't just a buzzword, but a standard. - Coaching as a Religion: You’ll spend your time on the floor, live coaching, reviewing calls, and running "skills clinics."
