The incumbent provides clinical, product, technical expertise and supporting the activities of the Commercial Leader and Distributors. In this role, the incumbent will collect and evaluate information in the market; closely monitoring competitive activities and manage product configurations; the incumbent is tasked to generate ideas and concepts to increase awareness, usage and product values. The Sales Manager is responsible for the revenue and profitability targets and will drive the selling strategies and future direction of the business. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Successful development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies and programs to increase Baxter’s brand awareness and achieve revenue, profitability, and market share growth objectives * To provide, support and offer product demonstration, clinical know-how and applications on various fields of operations (with emphasis on operating lights, pendants, and new video management) to business partners
