Must Have
10+ years of tech sales experience, 5+ years of people management experience, experience scaling enterprise sales teams in net new logo environments, outstanding communication skills, demonstrated qualification rigor and forecasting discipline, bias toward action on people decisions
Nice to Have
exposure to the Australian and/or New Zealand enterprise market, experience training and coaching a high-performance enterprise sales team selling complex, multi-stakeholder deals into corporate legal departments, financial services, or comparable professional services buyers, experience operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment where you built the motion — processes, cadences, and team — from a small base, demonstrated passion for Harvey's mission and a point of view on how AI changes the work of in-house legal teams
