What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Several years of experience in sales, ideally within the hospitality industry or a related field, closing skills combined with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, Self-driven, structured, and goal-oriented working style with a high level of initiative, communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset, Fluent in German and English

Nice to Have

Additional language skills, particularly French, are a plus

What You'll Do.

Identify and acquire new B2B clients

Own the full sales cycle—from first contact to contract signature

Lead onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and impactful client start

Maintain and grow existing client relationships with a focus on cross- and upselling opportunities

Plan and deliver presentations to prospective clients

including on-site meetings at Numa locations

Represent Numa at trade fairs

and industry conferences

Use our CRM system to manage your pipeline and continuously optimize performance
