Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field, Minimum 3 years of experience in BMS, Controls, ELV, or mission-critical M&E systems, Ability to interpret data center designs, redundancy configurations (N, N+1, 2N), and monitoring strategies, Experience engaging consultants, EPCs, and key DC stakeholders, Experience preparing SOO, points lists, wiring diagrams, and tender documents, Proven ability to succeed in project-based technical sales
Nice to Have
Experience working in a multinational environment, Existing network with key DC stakeholders in Malaysia, Familiarity with Metasys, Facility Explorer, CCT/SCT tools, or other enterprise-class control platforms, Knowledge of DC-specific monitoring standards, cybersecurity controls, and integration best practices
