As Sales Manager, you will be offering solutions that range from technically complex to high end integrated or bespoke solutions. Provides consultative selling to customers typically at director level or higher. Solutions are offered in collaboration with internal technical, business and functional teams. **What you will do:** As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for small accounts offering less technically complex solutions. Builds relationship with customers, which may be end users, to understand needs and offer solutions within a standard framework or range on pricing and margin. **How you will do it:** * Study product knowledge and company working procedures, continuous to improve domain knowledge of product, company and industry. * Plan annual secured order strategy aligned with Department goal. Achieve business sales target with YOY growth expectation in the region. * Prepare and issue tenders and proposals to customers.
