Must Have
Minimum 5 years working experience as sales/marketing position in direct selling industrial machineries, Good spoken and written in English
Nice to Have
preferably in Mechanical engineering and HVAC engineering or Electrical / Electronic engineering, promotion of BMS products and systems in design institutes, industry associations and integrators in the industry in the region, Compiling the production of catalogues to customers, Prepare localized master catalogue and general applications for contractors and consultants where appropriate, Conduct cold calls and new business development, Explore and execute end-to-end BMS project and provide industry solution to customer

Provides consultative selling to customers typically at director level or higher. Solutions are offered in collaboration with internal technical, business and functional teams. **What you will do:** As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for small accounts offering less technically complex solutions. Builds relationship with customers, which may be end users, to understand needs and offer solutions within a standard framework or range on pricing and margin. **How you will do it:** * Study product knowledge and company working procedures, continuous to improve domain knowledge of product, company and industry. * Plan annual secured order strategy aligned with Department goal.
