7+ years capital equipment sales experience, Proven success selling complex, high-value technical solutions, Consultative selling skills, Demonstrated experience building or scaling a market, Direct experience with horizontal cutting systems, Prior experience hiring, mentoring, or leading sales professionals, Experience operating within a distributor–OEM sales model

Nice to Have
