If you're an experienced Business Development professional looking to play a key role in expanding a fast-growing global AdTech company, build strategic partnerships across the Polish market, work with leading advertisers, agencies, publishers, and programmatic players, and directly influence business growth in one of Europe's most dynamic digital advertising markets — then let's talk! We are seeking a Business Development Manager (Poland) to drive commercial growth and expand the company's market presence across Poland. This is a highly visible, entrepreneurial role with significant ownership and the opportunity to shape long-term market strategy. ### Responsibilities: * Identify, build, and manage relationships with advertisers, agencies, brands, publishers, and programmatic partners. * Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. * Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through negotiation and closing. * Develop strategic partnerships within the Polish digital advertising ecosystem. * Represent Start.io at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. * Collaborate with global teams across Europe and the US to support business objectives. * Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. ### Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, or Account Management within AdTech. * Strong understanding of the digital advertising and programmatic ecosystem. * Experience working with European clients and partners. * Proven track record of acquiring new business and achieving revenue targets. * Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to work independently and take ownership of a market. * Comfortable communicating with US-based stakeholders. * Fluent English. * Based in Poland. ### Will be a plus: * Existing network within the Polish AdTech, digital media, or programmatic advertising ecosystem. * Experience working
