Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas and performance targets. Contribute directly to outbound strategy and sales execution, supporting pipeline generation and key enterprise deal closure. Manage forecasting, pipeline health, and performance tracking using CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot. Use sales intelligence platforms (e.g., Gong) to analyze performance, improve coaching, and optimize team effectiveness. Partner with Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and market positioning. Support complex enterprise negotiations while guiding reps through multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Contribute to team growth through hiring, onboarding, and continuous performance development initiatives. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, including at least 2+ years in a sales leadership or team management role. Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals ($100K+) in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Strong experience with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong or equivalent platforms. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams that consistently exceed targets. Strong business acumen with the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, and Product functions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Availability to work aligned with Eastern Time business hours.
