1-2 years experience as an SDR/MIR and/or BDR, Consistent success self-sourcing meetings, pipeline, and meeting KPIs/Targets, SDR achievement to target on completion rate and meeting / opp ratios, Experience in presenting to and interacting with clients/stakeholders, Worked with similar sized accounts/territory, with similar deal sizes and sales cycles, and carried a similar quota
Nice to Have
Knowledgeable in Similarweb solutions, use cases, value propositions and ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
What You'll Do.
Meet or exceed quarterly quotas by converting inbound leads and executing proactive outbound prospecting
Manage the entire sales process from initial discovery and value-based presentations to complex negotiation and closing
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline by re-engaging warm leads and strategically managing marketing-generated opportunities
Influence multiple stakeholders to secure high-value (ARR) deals and align solutions with client business needs
Maintain rigorous Salesforce hygiene and disciplined pipeline tracking to ensure accurate revenue forecasting
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless handovers to Account Management for successful client onboarding and long-term value
