What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–8 years of solid experience as a Sales Manager, knowledge of the healthcare market and hospital environment, Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders, Experience in coordinating sales teams, agents or indirect sales networks, business acumen, analytical mindset and ability to manage forecasts, targets and territory performance, Good communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills, Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with internal teams, English intermediate level, ideally B2 / CAE
Nice to Have
preferably in a technical/scientific field, or equivalent culture and experience, ideally within the IVD, diagnostics, medical devices or healthcare sector
