### **Sales Manager (B2B Sales, Team Leadership, CRM – Remote, U.S. Hours)** ### **About the Role** We’re hiring a **Sales Manager** to lead, coach, and scale a **high-performing sales team** while driving consistent revenue growth. In this role, you’ll oversee the **full sales process — from pipeline generation to deal closure — while managing team performance, coaching reps, and optimizing systems**.
