This is not a “monitor the team” role. You will: * Drive **team performance and revenue outcomes** * Build and optimize **sales processes** * Own **pipeline, forecasting, and conversion improvements** **If you’ve led teams, improved performance, and consistently hit targets — this role is built for you.** ### **What You’ll Own** ### **1\.
