Then start as a Sales Manager at NTS Drachten and let's make it possible together! ### Job Description As a Sales Manager at NTS Drachten, you are responsible for the commercial results of the location and the management of the local sales organization. This is a working managerial role: you lead the team and actively participate in the daily sales process yourself. NTS Drachten, with over 120 employees, is a compact and independent location, separate from the other NTS branches. This makes this role distinctly independent: you translate NTS Group's commercial strategy into local practice and, together with the Managing Director, provide direction for the site's commercial course. You report directly to the Managing Director of NTS Drachten and, as a member of the MT, are part of the local management team. You lead the local sales team, consisting of the sales support team (about 2 FTE) and an account manager. You work for leading customers in the Semiconductor and Analytical industry, in close collaboration with the Global Account Managers and the headquarters in Eindhoven. Drachten is your fixed location. In addition, you travel regularly for customer visits, both nationally and internationally and within the NTS Group.
