Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing, Eight to ten years of progressive sales and/or operational experience in HVAC, Three years of experience in a lead or supervisory role

Execute sales strategies to achieve profitability
Develop and direct sales force in selling offerings
Develop and deliver branch secured sales and margin

Control selling expenses and manage resources
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Set standard for professionalism within sales team
Build and maintain a high-performance team
Manage assigned sales portfolio to maximize secured sales
Increase market penetration by securing new customers
Expand scope of business with customers
Develop and maintain Account Plans
Analyze market and current business performance
Execute growth strategies for sales and operations teams
Understand business environment of local markets
Accountable for integration of sales and operational team
Establish and drive local territory account management
Assign key and target accounts
Build and foster a team environment
Solicit support from and communicate effectively with internal
Evaluate local performance in customer satisfaction
Provide leadership for performance enhancement
Proactively resolve issues and allocate resources
Participate as management team representative on target accounts
Establish and maintain personal long-term customer relationships
Review bids and estimates for accuracy
Oversee bid preparation
Oversee operational review meetings
Ensure company standards
