Must Have

What You'll Do.
support and mentor our System Integrator
Wholesaler and OEM sales teams to ensure revenue and margin targets are met
implement strategic sales plans
lead coaching and performance management
oversee the team’s technical support engineer(s) to build a customer‑focused unit for EasyIO
WebEasy and key OEM customers
grow our strategic partner footprint
lead engagement with wholesalers
promote the Johnson Controls range of peripherals
identify key industry influencers to support the adoption and specification of our products
Analyse market opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share
hire and develop the team while ensuring sales execution and CRM use
onboard and support system integrators for EasyIO and peripheral products
Manage key accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships
Monitor competitor activity to strengthen Johnson Controls’ market position
Work with wholesalers to grow sales across our field device range
Manage the full bid process from enquiry through negotiation to order receipt
