Our services include computer repair, IT support, smart home installation, and a broad range of in-home and business technology services, offering fast, reliable solutions across a wide range of devices and systems. ### Job Overview We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our inbound and outbound sales teams. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, improving closing performance, increasing subscription sales, and ensuring a consistently high-quality customer experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can coach and develop sales representatives, track performance through key metrics, and foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement. **This is a fully remote role, and we welcome applications from qualified candidates across Latin America and the Caribbean.** ### Responsibilities * Lead, coach, and develop inbound and outbound sales teams. * Monitor and improve key KPIs, including closing ratio, subscription upsell performance, quality scores, and customer experience metrics. * Conduct regular coaching sessions, call reviews, and performance evaluations. * Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, conversion rates, and team effectiveness. * Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer satisfaction and business growth. * Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives as needed. **Requirements** * 3+ years of experience managing sales teams. * Direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales experience with a proven track record of successfully selling products or services directly to individual consumers. * Proven track record of improving sales performance and achieving revenue goals. * Experience leading inbound and outbound sales operations. * Strong coaching, communication,
