What They're Looking For.
Must Have
valid driver’s license and clean driving record, authorized to work in the U. S., interpersonal and problem-solving skills, adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services, at least 3-4 years of rental industry experience, Outside sales history and or Sales management experience
Nice to Have
preferably in a management role
What You'll Do.
Lead by example and inspire others to perform to their highest potential
train and develop amazing people
Conduct reviews and performance evaluations
Assist location personnel in training for all system requirements
Ensure maximum sales performance at multiple locations
Conduct monthly reviews with sales representatives
Identify and recommend areas for improvement and future revenue opportunities and estimate profit projections
Monitor sales metrics
clearly and accurately communicate information
Provide action items to improve issues
Establish reasonable and measurable goals with well defined expectations
Manages and supports job site activities and projects with remote and on site involvement
Assists with Equipment rental
and service when needed by customers on-site
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
