What You'll Achieve.
Increase bookings; Maximize profitability; Maximizes new business and maintains the growths of existing business
Industry & Context.
Analyzes and evaluates data, competition, and market trends; Monitors the effective resolution of guest issues
Ability to travel, The position is Athens based and includes staying in Santorini and Paros, based on season’s needs, Travel, accommodation & meals covered for all on-site visits
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 3 years related working experience in luxury hotels, Excellent English & Greek language, with the ability to write and speak effectively, Ability to travel, Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and proactive in taking on new tasks
What You'll Do.
Maximize profitability
Build long-term partnerships and relationships within each business sector
Act as the on-property liaison for group events
Create and implement a sales/marketing plan addressing revenue
and follow-through of sales promotions
Execute and support Marriott’s Customer Service Standards and hotels’ Brand Standards
Conduct site inspections and FAM trips as required
Monitor the effective resolution of guest issues that arise as a result of the sales process
Create reports and actionable suggestions for operational excellence
Maintain all Sales files in accordance with established procedures and standards
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Represents the Sales department in all areas, internally and externally; Works with the management team to create and implement a sales/marketing plan; Channel issues to property leadership and/or other appropriate stakeholders
