This is the strategic leadership role responsible for revenue targets, managing the sales team, and the strategy team. In addition, this role focuses on the strategic application and management of AI tools to achieve business outcomes. **Responsibilities ** * **Workflow Optimization** : Lead process improvement by identifying and implementing AI-driven automation for repetitive tasks such as lead scoring, personalized message generation, and follow-ups, thereby increasing team productivity and efficiency. * **AI Strategy and Vision:** Develop and implement AI and automation in sales workflows in line with overall business goals. Identify key opportunities where AI solutions can improve sales performance, streamline operations, and support long-term business growth. * **AI Workflow Management and Auditing:** Oversee the integration and security of the AI technology stack, ensuring tools meet key performance indicators (KPIs), fuel pipeline revenue, and are deployed ethically. Ensure that the sales team is trained on how AI sales workflows are run, triggered, and stopped, ensuring they are aware when they need to step in manually. * **Strategy Development** : Develop and implement innovative strategies that align with the changing needs of diverse industries. Adapt and refine strategies to respond to market trends, regulatory updates, and evolving customer demands, especially in B2B. * **Data-Driven Leadership:** Incorporate continuous analysis of performance metrics and customer feedback, rooted in AI-driven data, to provide actionable insights that guide strategic planning and resource allocation. * **Client Acquisition:** Identify, target, and secure potential clients across various industries, focusing on B2B relationships.
