What You'll Do.
Identify potential partner salespeople
Support and drive partner sales
Support and drive key brokers
Explore and develop new sales channels
Keep frequent sales activities
Prepare sales proposals
Prepare regular forecasts
Ensure that the sales potential is fully exploited
Collaborate with partner and marketing
Personally contact brokers/partners
Secure new business accounts/customers
Lead the commercial negotiation
Monitor feedback from brokers/clients
Maintain all required records
Demonstrate products and services
Expedite the resolution of Brokers and customer problems
Conduct research to identify market trends
Suggest improvements or modifications required
Establish and maintain communication links
maintain and lever relationships
Participate in external events
Work closely with the Commercial Support Functions
Participate in trade shows
Ensure prudent Commercial Underwriting
Take joint ownership of the loss ratio
Deliver a profitable result

Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with partner and marketing; Prepare sales proposals for brokers/clients with the collaboration of internal stakeholders: risk underwriters, EIC, CUW, top management; Establish and maintain communication links with other internal departments; Work closely with the Commercial Support Functions
