Must Have
2-3 years in the roofing industry in sales or 1-3 year in sales management experience, Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
What You'll Do.
Provide extended mentorship for new RCs
Maintain consistent field presence to support RC development
customer interactions
and on-the-spot coaching
Conduct regular sales meetings
weekly 1: 1 check-ins
and commission celebrate successes publicly
Build a team culture that fosters collaboration
Offer solutions and proactively help resolve issues
Coordinate with centralized teams to address process delays
and ensure timely job progress
Standardize and enforce consistent sales processes
and tools across all regions
Assist with production tasks when needed
Communicate company changes
and process updates clearly and in a timely manner
Serve as a liaison between the RC team and leadership
Collaborate with the recruiting team to evaluate and select candidates
Integrate new hires effectively into the team
Manage administrative tasks efficiently
