Who you are: You are an experienced, hands-on sales manager who knows how to develop top talent, co-sell on complex deals, and push a high-performing team further than they thought possible. You've exceeded quota as both an IC and a manager, and you know how to help mid-market sellers break into and close enterprise accounts. What you get to do every day: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mid-Market AEs with a genuine player-coach mentality Co-sell on complex deals and guide the team through large, multi-stakeholder organizations Build and execute strategies that push mid-market wins into enterprise territory Run rigorous pipeline reviews, forecasting, and performance management Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Legal, Pricing, and Customer Success Sales Leadership ability to travel as needed If you want to inherit a winning team and leave your mark on it, let's talk!
