You’ll manage hotel partnerships and seek new opportunities to increase hotel market share. You’ll build on internal partnerships and start to develop self-generated opportunities. What You'll Be Doing - Act as the local market lead, building and nurturing relationships with hotels, venues, and vendors. - Generate and qualify new business opportunities through both inbound referrals and proactive outreach. - Conduct site inspections, sales presentations, and capability briefings for hotel and client partners. - Collaborate with creative and event production teams to develop strategic, on-brand proposals. - Own and manage KPIs including sales conversion, market share growth, and referral performance. - Serve as a trusted partner to national sales and local event delivery teams to ensure exceptional client experiences. - Advocate for the Access brand and actively grow our presence.
