We’re looking for an experienced and inspiring **Sales Manager** to lead our business across the Nordics region, covering both acute and community care settings. Our Advanced Wound Management solutions support patients across surgical intervention through to community-based recovery. This is a pivotal role, responsible for driving regional growth, developing high-performing teams and delivering commercial excellence across a complex healthcare landscape. You’ll play a critical role in shaping regional strategy and building partnerships that support system-wide improvements in patient outcomes, from hospital to home. Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll combine strategic thinking with strong execution, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability across your Norway and Denmark. **What will you be doing?** As our Advanced Wound Management Sales Manager, you’ll take full ownership of regional performance, leading and developing a first-line sales team operating across acute hospitals, day surgery, and community care environments. You’ll drive high-value commercial opportunities, lead complex negotiations and manage a diverse regional pipeline aligned to franchise strategy. People leadership will be central to your success. You’ll coach, mentor and performance-manage your team, embedding leading sales practices and building strong capability across product knowledge, procedures, pathology and multi-stakeholder selling. You’ll also develop and manage key opinion leader relationships across acute and community settings, helping to shape advocacy and long-term partnerships. From quarterly business reviews and forecasting to regional planning calls and senior stakeholder reporting, you’ll ensure accountability, transparency and continuous improvement across the business. _The role covers the Norway and Denmark region and will require up to 75% travel, across both
