Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Develop and execute go-to-market and sales strategies to drive net-new creator acquisition and support overall revenue growth objectives. Own an individual sales quota while consistently prospecting, negotiating, and closing creator and brand partnership opportunities. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent deal flow and conversion from outreach to signed agreements and campaign launch. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and ongoing sales enablement. Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and key revenue metrics, implementing action plans to improve results. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Operations to improve lead generation, onboarding, and sales efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, talent agencies, and industry partners to support long-term business development. Represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and partnership opportunities. Requirements: 8–10 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development within creator economy, influencer marketing, SaaS, digital media, or e-commerce environments. 5+ years of experience managing and leading quota-carrying sales teams with proven success in performance development and coaching. Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding individual and team revenue targets. Experience working with creators, talent agencies, management firms, or strategic partnership ecosystems. Solid understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, sales operations, and compensation structures. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
