Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Participate in a structured rotational program across commercial functions such as sales, marketing, customer experience, and related business areas. Develop a strong understanding of technical product solutions and apply this knowledge in customer-facing and solution-selling environments. Support field sales, account management, and business development initiatives through hands-on project work and training assignments. Build relationships with internal teams, customers, and mentors to strengthen commercial and technical expertise. Contribute to real business outcomes by executing assigned responsibilities during each rotation with increasing levels of ownership. Engage in formal training programs, coaching sessions, and mentorship opportunities with senior commercial leaders. Prepare for post-program placement into a key commercial role such as Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager, or Sales Enablement Manager. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. Prior professional experience required; exposure to construction, plumbing, or mechanical industries is a plus. Strong interest in technical sales, solution selling, or commercial leadership development. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively across stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with a disciplined, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work effectively in team-based environments. Adaptability to changing priorities, environments, and rotational assignments. Willingness to travel approximately 50% and potentially for extended periods depending on rotation. Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Raleigh, NC area for the duration of the program and long-term growth. Benefits: Competitive base salary ranging from $63,448 to $82,482 depending on experience and qualifications. Annual bonus eligibility based on performance.
