What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, Minimum of 3 years of management-level direct sales experience in a growth technology, construction, or solar industry, working knowledge of residential solar market and sales best practices, Ability to drive a vehicle during the normal course of business, Must maintain a clean driving record with the ability to pass a driving background check, Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license, Proven leadership abilities, including advanced communication, relationship building, training and development, and performance management skills, Ability to manage, motivate, and mentor a team to move opportunities through the entire sales process and to close sales, Demonstrated ability to maintain high attention to detail and accuracy in forecasting monthly, quarterly and annual sales for their region, Demonstrated ability to develop and successfully execute tactical sales plans, Demonstrated ability to proven ability to transfer sales skills and knowledge to sales professionals under their direct management, Must have high ethics, integrity, and humility and have a desire to build a world-class sales and support organization
What You'll Do.
Lead and motivate a team of regional Field Sales Consultants
Ensure team reaches monthly and annual targets
Partner with Retail and Ad Teams for lead generation
Ensure Field Sales Consultants are trained and motivated
Support Field Sales Consultants in closing business
Own regional customer relations issues
Manage and track team’s sales progress
Analyze individual and regional sales pipelines
Establish and maintain customer requirements
Produce and maintain accurate sales forecasts
Maintain knowledge of solar market conditions
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partners with Retail and Ad Teams; Works with the team and Regional Sales Director; Supports Regional Sales Director; Holds co-accountability with Sunrun Operations Managers
