What You'll Do.
Lead and motivate a team of regional Field
Ensure team reaches monthly and annual targets
Partner with Retail and Ad Teams for lead
Ensure consultants track and convert leads
Ensure consultants are trained
Ensure consultants maintain professionalism
Support consultants in closing business
Own regional customer relations issues
Resolve escalated customer concerns
Manage and track team’s sales progress
Analyze individual and regional sales pipelines
Support Regional Sales Director in establishing customer requirements
Support Regional Sales Director in competitive analysis
Produce and maintain accurate sales forecasts
Provide regular updates
Hold co-accountability with Operations Managers for profitability
Maintain knowledge of solar market conditions
Maintain knowledge of rebate and tax incentives
Maintain knowledge of electric utility rate schedules
