What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7–10+ years of progressive analytics/reporting experience, proven leadership of analyst teams, hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power BI (or Tableau/Qlik), report development, data modeling, dashboard design, Proficiency in SQL, experience extracting insights from large, complex datasets, Solid understanding of data analysis techniques, statistics, data visualization best practices, Excellent communication and presentation skills, experience conveying complex insights to non-technical senior stakeholders
Nice to Have
Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field, Experience partnering with global Insights & Analytics, Sales Technology / Platform teams, and enterprise data teams, optimize data infrastructure and integration, Demonstrated success driving change management, building analytics adoption across commercial organizations, Familiarity with data governance frameworks, data quality tooling, sales/CRM data models, Prior experience supporting multi-business-unit or cross-border analytics initiatives (US & Canada focus)
