Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Economics, or a related quantitative field, 1–3 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, sales operations, finance, or a related analytical HRusiness function, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, dynamic arrays, data modeling), Demonstrated experience working with compensation data, market surveys, or sales commission/quota data in a professional setting, High attention to detail and comfortable handling large datasets and catching discrepancies, Ability to communicate complex compensation concepts clearly to non-specialists across Sales, Finance, and HR, Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion

CSMs and Sales Management

Administer monthly and quarterly commission partner with Finance and Revenue Operations to ensure accuracy

and auditability of all commission payouts

Maintain and audit data within the company’s incentive compensation management (ICM) platform (Spiff) and flag discrepancies for resolution

and quarterly GTM compensation reporting — including attainment summaries

overage/accelerator analysis

and plan cost-to-revenue ratios — for Sales leadership and Finance

Field and resolve commission-related inquiries from sales reps and managers

escalating complex disputes per defined SLA

Assist in annual sales compensation plan design cycles: model plan economics

create scenario analyses

and prepare materials for plan launch and rollout
