20hrs pw, Availability at weekends, Availability at bank holidays, Flexibility to work shifts

Must Have
Competent with administrative duties, Willing and able to drop into operational key holder duties, Availability at weekends and bank holidays is vital
Nice to Have
Opportunity to deliver personal training sessions out of hours, Opportunity to deliver group training classes with further training
What You'll Do.
Deliver exceptional experience to every prospect
Utilise every interaction as a sales and retention
Proactively drive membership sales
Convert enquiries into memberships through confident objection handling
Convert enquiries through needs based selling
Convert enquiries through effective follow up
Support member retention by building relationships
Identify at risk members
Recommend relevant products and services
Conduct tailored tours of the Gym
Upsell based on matching needs to facilities and
Achieve and exceed individual and club KPIs
Be a competent key holder of the club
Ensure smooth opening and closing
Ensure shift coverage
utilise and master membership software and other
Act as a trusted brand ambassador
Promote and take part in current Fitness Challenges
Promote and take part in Class concepts
Promote and take part in Workout Wednesday initiative
Support operational excellence
Take active role in maintaining high standards of

Ensure gym floor presentation
Support Head Coach with gym resets
Support Head Coach with ad-hoc fitness related tasks
Handle member queries professionally
Handle member complaints professionally
Escalate to a manager where required
